Edgar provides AI-powered content generation for LinkedIn. Our Services include:

  • Personalized voice profile creation

3. Account registration

To use our Services, you must:

  • Create an account with accurate information
  • Be at least 16 years of age
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscription and billing

Free plan

  • Includes limited sessions and features as described on our pricing page
  • No credit card required

Paid plans

  • Billed monthly or annually as selected at signup
  • Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice
  • Payments are processed through our third-party payment provider

Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
  • Access continues until the end of your current billing period
  • No refunds for partial billing periods

5. Content ownership

Your content

  • You retain ownership of all ideas, stories, and information you share during sessions
  • You retain ownership of the generated posts once delivered to you
  • You grant us a limited license to process your content for the purpose of providing our Services

Our content

  • Edgar's website, branding, and technology remain our intellectual property
  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary materials

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use our Services for any unlawful purpose
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use our Services to generate misleading or harmful content
  • Resell or redistribute generated content as a service
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of our Services

7. AI-generated content

  • Content generated by Edgar is created using AI based on your input
  • You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publishing
  • We do not guarantee that generated content will be error-free or suitable for any particular purpose
  • You are responsible for ensuring published content complies with LinkedIn's terms of service and applicable laws

8. Privacy

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to our data practices as described therein.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Edgar harmless from any claims arising from your use of our Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
